What we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Camp Pawprint collects only the personal information needed to run the event safely and communicate with attendees. We do not sell your data, send marketing email, or share your information with third parties except where strictly necessary for the event (e.g. emergency services in an actual emergency).
We understand that many people in our community value privacy highly. That's why we ask for legal names and ID only for age verification at the gate — and not one piece of information more than we genuinely need.
Your legal name is compared against your government-issued ID by event staff at check-in. It is not stored on your badge or visible to other attendees.
We will email you to confirm your registration, notify you when pricing is set, ask you to confirm your spot, and send pre-event logistics information. We do not send newsletters or promotional email unrelated to your registration.
Emergency contact information is kept offline-accessible to event organizers solely for use in a genuine medical emergency. It is not accessible to general staff or other attendees.
Dietary information and the fursuit flag are used for campsite planning (meal quantities, shaded setup space, etc.). This is aggregated for planning — individual entries are not shared with vendors or other attendees.
Your registration data is accessible only to Camp Pawprint organizers and designated staff members on a need-to-know basis
