Heads up: This schedule is a draft and will be refined closer to the event. Some optional events may have additional charges. Activities marked optional are just that — no pressure. Come and go as you like!

Friday, September 25

Arrival Day
2:00 PM
Site Opens — Check-in Begins All Hands Gates open, show your badge and ID. Pick your tent spot and start setting up!
4:00 PM
Camp Setup Hour Get settled, introduce yourself to neighbours. Help is always appreciated if you arrive early!
6:00 PM
Communal Dinner Optional Bring a dish to share or cook your own — up to you. A great chance to meet everyone.
8:00 PM
Welcome Bonfire & Mixer All Hands Gather around the fire, introductions, and a welcome from the organiser. Good vibes only.
10:00 PM
Night Hike Optional Short guided walk around the lake trail under the stars. Bring a torch/headlamp.
Late
Open Fire — Wind Down The fire stays going as long as people want to hang out. Respect quiet hours after midnight.

Saturday, September 26

Main Day
8:00 AM
Morning Coffee Social Optional Early risers welcome. Coffee, tea, and whatever you brought for breakfast. Casual chatter by the fire.
10:00 AM
Fursuit Parade & Photo Op Fursuit Optional Suit up (or cheer from the sidelines!) for a walk around camp and group photos. No pressure — pure fun.
11:00 AM
Lake Time — Swimming & Chill Optional Paul Lake is right there — take a dip, sunbathe, or just sit on the shore. Bring your own towel.
1:00 PM
Free Time / Open Activities Games, hikes, art time, nap time — it's your afternoon. Explore the park at your own pace.
5:00 PM
Group BBQ / Potluck Dinner All Hands Bring something to grill or share! The main social meal of the weekend. Everyone contributes what they can.
7:30 PM
Announcements & Housekeeping Brief notes from the organiser — lost & found, any schedule updates, etc.
8:00 PM
Bonfire & Stargazing All Hands Paul Lake has minimal light pollution — excellent stargazing conditions. Bring a blanket. Bring a drink. Enjoy.
10:00 PM
Night Games / Social Optional Board games, card games, and general shenanigans for those who want to keep the night going.

Sunday, September 27

Farewell Day
8:00 AM
Farewell Breakfast Optional One last communal morning meal before we pack up. Share what you've got, eat what you can carry out.
9:00 AM
Pack Down Begins Start breaking down your tent and packing up. The site needs to be clear by noon — leave no trace!
11:00 AM
Final Site Sweep All Hands All hands on deck for a final litter pick and site check. We leave the park as beautiful as we found it.
12:00 PM
Site Clear — Safe Travels! All Hands Hugs, farewells, and safe travels. Thanks for coming to Camp Pawprint's first ever event!

Please keep noise to a considerate level after midnight and before 7 AM. Be a good neighbour.
